Circle 8 Square and Round Dance Club

Be sure to join Circle 8 on Sunday, February 24 to welcome Sheldon Lawrence for calling Squares and Terry Lewis for Cueing Rounds.

Rounds start at 6:30 pm and Squares start at 7:00 pm at the Park City Senior Center, in Park City, Kansas.

Join Circle 8 at 7pm in Park City, Kansas (North Wichita) for a fun evening with Scott Bennett from Lawton, OK as he shares his personal classics with us. Terry Lewis will be cueing rounds starting at 6:30 pm for everyone’s dancing pleasure. Scott always provides an enthusiastic dance environment.

For those Advanced A1/A2 dancers, please join Diamond A+ at 2:30 in the afternoon as Scott calls advanced – also at Park City, Kansas.

We welcome all Square and Round Dancers to our annual WASDCA (Wichita Area Square Dance Callers Association) fundraiser dance. This is our opportunity for Circle 8 to contribute our dance proceeds to the callers and cuers who graciously share their time and talents to our Square Dance community. We invite all area callers and cuers to share their evening with us.

Join us on January 13, 2019 at 6:30pm for Rounds and 7:00pm for Squares. This will also be our only dance in January, as we will support the KSDA January Membership dance on January 27 in Salina, Ks.

Be sure to join Circle 8 for our Annual New Years Eve dance feature both Squares and Rounds.  David Myers will be cuing Rounds starting at 8:30pm.  Tammy Gough will be calling the Square Dance starting at 9:00pm.

In Circle 8 tradition, we will serve a nice breakfast into the New Year.

Join us at Park City, Kansas at the Tri-City Senior Center for a great time celebrating the past year and the ushering in 2019!

Circle 8’s December 9, 2018 dance features a wonderful female trio of Tammy Gough, Barbara Whitehead and Sue Dellere that will certainly delight for your square dancing pleasure.  For the Round Dancer enthusiasts, Jeanne Shane will cue some favorites for many.  Please plan to visit with Rounds starting at 6:30pm and Squares at 7:00 pm at the Park City, Kansas Senior center.

It is with regret, but with everyone’s safety in mind that Circle 8 will be cancelling our dance with Mike Huddleson and Kevin Denning tonight, Nov. 25, 2018 because of the weather conditions. We hope to see you in December when we have 3 Angels calling! Bee safe and warm!
